Prognosis receives the referral information through FHIR.
Prognosis looks at both Clinical & Operational
fields in the EHR notes.
Identifies any patient symptoms associated with possible diagnosis. It prepares a dynamic intake form that will ask for relevant questions for other symptoms
Creates a 360 degree view of the patient and sends out a personalized page for the Patient reminding them of their appointment and fields to add additional notes/symptoms. There will be helpful icons to check on disease documentation/ chatbot etc. Patient scans insurance card information if it was not already there.
When patient arrives, the Prognosis dashboard is setup for the cardiologist with the time line view of the conditions, guidelines referring to the condition, ICD 10 codes,
During the visit, the physician has the need to refer the patient for a procedure
An After Visit Summary is automatically send to the patient with helpful tips on controlling the condition based on the Cardiologist notes
Prognosis will set up automatic billing documentation based on the CPT codes. It can also scan for any codes that were not captured during the visit.
