Cardiac manifestation of systemic rheumatological conditions, such as rheumatic fever. Rheumatic heart disease can involve any part the heart, most often the heart valves and the endocardium.
Most important manifestation and sequel to rheumatic fever, consisting chiefly of heart valve deformities.
