Clinical Information

• A disorder characterized by the reflexive act of ejecting the contents of the stomach through the mouth.

• Expulsion of stomach contents through the mouth

• Forcible expulsion of stomach contents through the mouth.

• Functions of moving food or liquid in the reverse direction to ingestion, from stomach to oesophagus to mouth and out, such as in gastro-esophegeal reflux, recurrent vomiting, pyloric stenosis.

• The forcible expulsion of the contents of the stomach through the mouth.

• The reflex act of ejecting the contents of the stomach through the mouth.

• To eject some or all of the contents of the stomach through the mouth.
