Clinical Information

• A syndrome characterized by bilateral granulomatous uveitis with iritis and secondary glaucoma, premature alopecia, symmetrical vitiligo, poliosis circumscripta a strand of depigmented hair), hearing disorders, and meningeal signs neck stiffness and headache). • A systemic inflammatory process affecting the inner ear, eyes, skin, and meninges. It is manifested with hearing disorders, panuveitis, alopecia, poliosis, vitiligo, neck stiffness, headaches, and focal neurologic signs.
